4. Project Terms & Payments

All projects are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. General terms include:

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project commencement.
• Remaining payment is due upon project completion before final files are delivered.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., delayed content, feedback, or approvals) may affect project timelines without penalty to Axis Software Solutions.
• Monthly retainer services are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the month has begun.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. Axis Software Solutions will not disclose client business information to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Axis Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Warranty

We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty for all completed projects. This covers defects in the code we delivered, and does not cover new feature requests, changes in requirements, or issues caused by third-party integrations or hosting.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 15 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date shall be billed and payable. Deposits are non-refundable unless Axis Software Solutions fails to commence work within the agreed timeline.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
